Paul has nearly 30 years’ experience in banking and financial services across all areas of funds and fiduciary administration. Prior to joining PFS Paul was CEO of a leading international fiduciary and funds business. Paul previously held a number of senior appointments in offshore banking and fund administration including 7 years in Bermuda as director of a listed Banking group. Paul has sat on the boards of many international corporate and fund entities trading within all major assets classes including Private Equity, Hedge Funds and Alternative investments. Paul holds a BA (Hons) in Business Communication and is a former Chairman of the IoM Funds Association, is a personally Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and current President of the Isle of Man branch of CISI and is a Member of the Institute of Directors and the Alliance of IoM Compliance Professionals.
Glenn has been designing and building financial systems for investment banks and fund management houses for nearly 30 years. Prior to joining PFS, Glenn was a Technical Architect for data warehousing at a major retail fund manager in the City of London. Glenn was also development team leader for leading Investment bank in Bahrain and a Business Analyst with a major global investment bank for 7 years in the area of interest rate derivatives.
Bradford is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand. Originally from a financial accounting audit background with a top four advisory firm, Bradford has since been working as a consultant to financial institutions to undertake project management, systems design and systems conversions for over 20 years. In particular, Bradford has specialised in fund accounting and fund administration systems and has personally overseen more than 50 PFS-PAXUS implementations.
Lisa has a number of years’ experience in the financial services industry having previously held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Global Finance Head for Fund Services with the securities division of a major leading international bank during a 13 year career. As a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, Lisa started her career with a big four advisory firm and is responsible for all PFS group invoicing, budget, accounting and related financial matters.
Martin brings with him over 25 years’ financial services experience in banking operations and fund administration, having most recently served as Managing Director at an offshore financial services firm focussed on the provision of fund services to an international client base. Fostering an environment of continuous improvement and high quality control across the design, development, testing and delivery lifecycle, Martin is responsible for the testing and successful delivery of all PFS-Paxus upgrades and enhancements, across the system and client base.
Kelly has an extensive financial services operational background spanning life assurance bonds and product administration, retail mutual fund and alternative fund administration. Kelly brings with her 17 years of relevant fund industry experience having previously occupied Head of Investor Services roles both locally and globally with a leading international fund administration firm. Since 2011, Kelly has specialised in targeted financial services software Sales and Marketing, and Business Development activities.
Didier is an experienced cloud project manager having previously served in this role with a UK listed telecoms company. As Cloud Services Manager, Didier’s role at PFS is to bring the PFS-CLOUD initiative online and subsequently manage new and existing client migration onto the PFS-CLOUD. As part of the PFS-CLOUD service, PFS will offer its core software products, PFS-PAXUS and PFS-CONNECT via a vendor hosted and managed cloud deployment model, known as ‘SaaS’ (Software as a Service). PFS’ cloud based services will include; automatic update of each new version release, development and maintenance of software interfaces (to allow automated data input and extraction feeds to connected software) plus overall environment management to ensure optimal remote performance.
Robert has enjoyed an extensive career in international financial services, working most recently as a Chief Financial Officer in Brazil. Robert’s fund administration career includes 17 years at a market leading fund administrator, where he successfully managed operations in Cayman, Curacao, the Netherlands, and also in Australia where he headed up the Asia Pacific operations as Managing Director of their Sydney fund administration office. He graduated with a Bachelor in Economics and is a CFA® charterholder.
