Standard reports : PFS-PAXUS provides in excess of 100 standard reports. New reports are regularly added with the ongoing development of the system. The reports provide a number of different formats for financial statements, detailed workings of fee calculations (administration, management, incentive and equalisation), share registry reports and securities related reports.

Custom reports and statements : Pacific Fund Systems will develop custom reports and statements on request. Depending on the requirements these can be developed either within the system or as an external report extract to a report writing tool.

Ability to save in different formats : In addition to printing directly all standard system reports can be saved in spreadsheet, HTML, pdf* and other formats.
* pdf creator software such as Adobe is required.

Batch reports : Users can create batches of reports. This saves running reports individually. When run, a report batch will execute all the reports in the defined sequence and will output to whatever output format is defined (e.g. printer, HTML, text, spreadsheet etc..)

Web Reporting : PFS-PAXUS can be optionally integrated with industry leading web reporting functionality. Delivered in your company’s fully branded web portal, fund managers, investors, prospects, and delegates can securely review reporting that’s appropriately entitled for each user. More...
